ARV Builders & Developers was founded in 2018. Recognizing that rising land prices were becoming the major challenge to affordability, ARV stepped forward to develop land independently-enabling cost-effective Residential, Commercial and Industrial solutions. By controlling development at the source, ARV has been able to provide better value and more accessible living options for families and businesses alike.
Today, ARV has successfully developed over 500 acres of land across multiple projects, continuing its mission to make home ownership possible for the common man-without compromising on quality, transparency, or trust.
