Our journey began in the year 2000, rooted in a family-run grocery retail business. However, driven by a desire to build an identity of his own, our founder made the bold decision to step out of the family enterprise and pursue his own path. After gaining experience through multiple small trading ventures, destiny led him to the real estate industry in 2003.

With dedication, honesty, and a genuinely customer-centric approach, he quickly earned recognition as a trusted real estate agent, serving numerous satisfied clients and establishing a strong reputation in the market.

After a decade in real estate, he realized that home ownership was gradually becoming a distant dream for the common middle-class family. Rising property prices were making "Home" - a basic necessity - unattainable for many. This realization sparked a vision to bridge the affordability gap.

In 2013, he opened the first office in Karnal and launched the maiden affordable housing project "VERITAS." With small but strategic investments, the project focused on delivering budget-friendly floors and homes. Over the next five years, hundreds of families were successfully handed over their dream homes. The overwhelming trust and appreciation received from the community strengthened the commitment to uplift and support middle and lower-middle-class families.
